Book Description

 June 19, 2014
Elena is a survivor--and no stranger to the cruelty that lurks in the shadows of society. Caught up in the search for a missing student, she must face the increasing violence head on and find the strength to overcome her own past.

Time is running out. Too many children have recently been reported missing, for this latest disappearance to be a coincidence. Invitations for a special auction have already been sent and buyers are gathering.

Elena's fierce determination to save a young girl sets off a chain of events that leads to the same man who orchestrated Elena's own vicious kidnapping.

Will justice triumph in Elena's crusade to save other innocent victims from the same fate she was forced to endure?

My Review

Human trafficking is a horrible thing and sad enough is still happening.
Elena being kidnapped herself many years ago and survived it, she knows first hand how it is, She is older now but still has nightmares about it, and a counselor at an High school when one of her students goes missing, the police is involved and Elena offers her help. The detective refuses her help but Elena is going to do it anyway. She hires the PI again, who investigated her case years back. Soon she is in the web and has to face her nightmares once again. There isn't much time anymore, will Elena be strong enough and safe the children?? you read that outcome yourself.

Great book, a debut, great characters, I admire people like Elena. it is fast pace, lots of action  and I so hope there will be more of this Author!
