My Review:

We all have been there Diets, most people fight to lose a few points or a lot. I have been there too, tried so many ways, but not a lot of luck. the Author was there too and found  way with common sense to lose weight. the  book will explain and help you find the way. It is well written and of course diets or plans will not work for every single person on earth because we are ll different This book will however have a result for many. I recommend it, I lost 10 pounds already.  Good luck on your lose weight journey
