Ty and Marcus Mitchell are average middle school brothers growing up north of Chicago until one night when they’re hurtled through an inter-dimensional gateway to a parallel world defined by its multiple moons and planet-wide apocalypse. My Review:
Two brothers who live with their aunt North of Chicago, when one night one of them hears a sound and goes look for the source, when he finds it in a dark basement his brother scares him. when they go into their aunts room (where she studies etc artifacts for the museum) They see a sudden bright light and wake up somewhere else. Appears they ended up on another planet where they never heard from Earth. They meet a girl in the city and decide to help her. Another group of kids arrive, they want to free other kids too. When go for that is seems that the enemy is always a step ahead.
